In September of 2005, Jennifer Silvera opened her front door to three uniformed police officers delivering a devastating message: her husband, Officer Shawn Silvera, had been killed in the line of duty. With two young children, the shattering news began, for her, a journey of grief and ultimate healing.
Now as an author and speaker, Jennifer has an inspiring story to tell – she offers empathy, encouragement, and a path toward hope. We will be featuring Jennifer’s story in Womeninc magazine this summer but, before that debuts, I have a great opportunity to tell you about!
