Thanksgiving Leftovers

We had a full house for Thanksgiving. We had enough seating for 43 people and enough food to feed even more. After everyone finished their dinner, we had lots of mashed potatoes left. Katie suggested I make a Sheppard’s Pie from the leftovers. When 4:30 rolled around I set the leftovers out including my new concoction for Turkey Sheppard’s Pie.
Turkey Sheppard’s Pie
Spread mashed potatoes on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix together leftover turkey, dressing and gravy for your second layer.
Then top it off with cheese and more potatoes then place in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Our guests seemed to like it! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
